Information for Parishes and Parishioners
The WCC works on behalf of the bishops of Wisconsin with fellow Catholics, Church institutions, other advocacy organizations, and lawmakers to affirm and promote laws that serve human dignity and the common good.
The WCC’s advocacy is guided by Church teaching and its publications also serve as educational resources and advocacy tools for those who want to learn more about an issue or enhance their advocacy efforts. Further the WCC provides parish resources to encourage and guide faithful citizenship and political engagement.

For those interested in getting involved with the legislative process, the WCC offers the following resources.
Health Care and End of Life Planning
Talking about and facing end of life planning can be difficult. Now and at the Hour of Our Death, a pastoral letter from the Catholic Bishops of Wisconsin, helps foster conversations and answer questions related to end of life decision-making utilizing the Church’s teaching. The WCC has also developed legal forms to assist in end of life planning.
